En Querétaro, uno de los estados más conservadores, el congreso local aprobó la unión entre personas del mismo sexo con 21 votos a favor y 4 en contra.
Con 21 votos a favor y cuatro en contra, se reformó el Código Civil de Querétaro, con ello las personas del mismo sexo que deseen contraer matrimonio, ya no tendrán que recurrir al amparo ante el Registro Civil.
La votación se realizó a puerta cerrada y no hubo una transmisión de toda la sesión total por redes sociales.
